From teams rescuing a stranded cruise ship heading towards iceberg territory, to running a wine bar and learning the art of bar flair like Tom Cruise in the movie Cocktail, simulations require team members to work together effectively to deal with the unfamiliar.
To succeed, team members must define roles and responsibilities, design a process to handle the information, establish communication protocols, set goals, and determine which activities are important or detrimental to reaching those goals. That’s only half of it! They must complete a fun and challenging set of activities intended to highlight the skills of high performance teams.
